We had so much fun we went back the next night. I can honestly say, there’s no better way to relax than with a good cigar, drinks, and great friends. I would have never guessed a port wine would be a good match with a cigar, but the port they suggested was perfect.Īfter our drinks in the lounge there was still plenty of cigar left to smoke, so we decided to head out to enjoy the rest of the evening on the patio. We were then invited to take a seat in the lounge where the hostess and bartender helped us to “pair” our selections with the right drink choice. Then I went outside and told her that if she nedded a witness i would because i saw everything and i didn't think that was right.ĭon't go there because the bartenders are rude and they think they own the place. When making our purchases, the same staff member expertly “cut” our cigars for us and even fired them up with a torch lighter. She was with other two friends sitting at the bar and they seemed really nice people. She walks out of the bathroom and the girl in black hair scream to the tell the guy bartender pointing at the ladie that she had to leave the place. I thought that was so wrong what happen to her. Then she pushes her into the wall and put her hands around her neck. This girl that later i find out that she works there, was questioning and haressing this ladie as she was walking out of the bathroom. It was early in the night, when this Ladie in her early 30's get out of the bathroom and its haressed by this girl with black hair in a ponnytail and straight bangs across. As we walked into this cigar/bar, my friend that like cigars decided to stay there for a drink and a cigar. I was there because i had friends in town so we decided to go to CityWalk and there we found this place called Cigarz. Poor customer service, and possib e drug dealing based on the "seediness" of the crowd there. I will be letting Universal Studios upper management know what is going on in this place. Do yourself a huge favor, go to Downtown Disney Sosa Cigar Bar, or Corona CIgar on Sandlake, and you will be treated as royalty instead of human filth and excrement. This was the lamest customer service experience in my 40 some years of existence. And tell him that he has hired an idiot to tend bar. I will find and phone the owner of this establishment, if one might be so generous enough to call it that. But that was no good for this putz, loser, who proceeded to be rude and start a scene. I politely explained that she had wandered to the stores next store, to check out some sun glasses and such. I could not order two beers, since the idiot manager insisted in the rudest possible way, that he needed to "get a visual confirmation" that the other beer was for my wife. This place is full of low-life trash, including the bar-tending staff. This the the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. They have multiple other options and carts around citywalk for your drinking enjoyment. We won't be trying to drink here again anytime soon. In the end, I still got my cigar so I was happy. They have stronger, tastier drinks at the other bars anyways. One waiter spilled a drink on someone sitting at the bar. Waited 10 minutes and only one person had been served. I wouldn't be surprised if she had written one in if I continued to walk away. This was not a big deal until I started to walk away and she goes, "You forgot to tip." I turned around and drew a big zero across this tip line and wrote "NO TIP" in bold across the receipt. FOR WHAT? You didn't help me or recommend anything. BUT, the girl then prompted to tell me there is a tip line below. They charged me for my cigar, usual price. I knew exactly what I wanted so walked into the humidor and grabbed what I wanted. Whenever I go on vacation, I smoke a cigar.
